Clause N ° 1 Purpose and scope

These general conditions of sale (GCS) constitute the basis of commercial negotiation and are systematically applied to each buyer or seller who wishes to use the website. www. lebonantiquaire.com.

The site is a Marketplace for the purchase and sale of furniture and antique items, customers, to use this site, must register and then will be able to access all of the site’s features.

SELL Add a photo, sale price, category, item description and seller’s department.

BUY by clicking on the object the purchasing customer will be able to access the purchase using the SUMUP or STRIPE platforms

Delivery The customer can request transport by asking our transport partner

PAYMENT Payment to the seller will only be made after proper receipt of the furniture or object by the buyer.

Clause N ° 2 The price

The price of furniture and objects is indicated under each article and are those in effect on the day of the transaction, they are prices including VAT, the marketplace commission is 17% on the sale price displayed.

Clause N° 3 Discount and price change

Only the seller can make a discount and / or a price change.

Clause N° 4 Method of payment

Customers can make their payment by credit card directly on the site, or by bank transfer (information provided)

Clause N° 5 Retention of title clause

The seller retains ownership of his furniture and object until payment of the price by the buyer.

Clause N° 6 Delivery

Delivery is made either:


* By direct delivery to the buyer


* By depositing the goods at the place indicated by the buyer through a carrier, or Mondial Relai. Indication by email will be given to the buyer to collect their item.

Clause N° 7 Major force

The responsibility of the company LBA, owner of the lebonantiquaire.com website, cannot be implemented if the non-performance or delay of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of Major force. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.

Clause N° 8 Court of competent jurisdiction

In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of the head office of the company LBA.
